Digital Asia Foundation (DAF) is a transdisciplinary research organisation consisting of motivated technologists, designers, policymakers etc., that explores and catalogues the potential impact of digital technologies like AI, blockchain, metaverse etc., on societies in South East Asia, and often the larger Global South.

Our network includes experts and scholars from Asia and beyond, particularly from Africa & Latin America, covering a wide range of digital disciplines in policy, law, ethics, privacy, design, and social impact.

We publish scientific research, disseminate insightful policy discourse/briefs and create interactive pedagogy tools to effectively educate, engage, and inform the general public, academia & political stakeholders.
